Beautiful & Spacious Chatham home with pool
Absolutely gorgeous property - 4 nice size bedrooms for our family of 8, each with its own bathroom. Home is new, gorgeous, and has spacious kitchen and open family room. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and yard were one of the highlights- really enjoyed use of the pool. Property was clean, new and came with linens/towels. We did have a couple of minor issues with the pool/hot tub, and one minor complaint is that for rental property at this price point, would have been nice to include basic paper supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags).
