Best Rental on the Cape
After many years of renting homes in or near Chatham for our family this is the prize winner. Home is so well maintained and comfortable.Layout of the home provided plenty of space for gathering and private spaces as well. Could be the best outdoor shower ever on the lovely patio. Location is outstanding,Pet friendly rentals are so appreciated as well. Can't wait to go back!

This house is in a great location. However if you come with your family bring a wagon or something to easily transport all your beach gear. The beach is a short trek but with gear it makes it a little harder. The house had a big insulated bag we used and chairs for the beach which was nice. I would not recommend having more than 3-4 people. We felt it was a bit expensive for its size and the fact that it’s a somewhat older home. It was great that we could bring our dog. Huge plus for us. The small back porch and deck off upstairs bedroom was nice. We wish there had been a bath tub for our little one but we made it work with the outdoor shower. Thank you!

Just right!!
Had a wonderful 4 night stay in early September. Furnishings were quite comfortable and kitchen well supplied. Loved the location within walking distance of beach and town. Outdoor shower was a plus when returning from the beach. The owner and rental agency could not have been more accommodating. Just right for small group or family.

Cute and Close to Everything
Had a wonderful week with my family at this house, was able to bring our dog, too, and we all enjoyed the close proximity to Lighthouse Beach and to Chatham Center. The upstairs bedroom with a deck, and the patio in the backyard made it more spacious and overall, really comfortable. The decor was nice, too as was having a gas stove and very nice grill to use, since we do a lot of cooking.
