Great little beach house!!
Rented this adorable beach house for one week in August 2020. Wish it had been available or 2 weeks!! Loved everything about the house. The location was perfect -- just 1/4 mile away from our favorite beach and about a mile from the best ice cream store in Chatham!! The house had everything one could want in a rental. Incredibly clean, great yard with swing, fire pit and awesome outdoor shower, fabulous re-done basement with ping pong table, air hockey and bean bag chairs for the kids to hang out, and all of the beach essentials you need (chairs, boogie boards, slip and slide and a couple of carts to haul it all.) The kitchen was well stocked with great Calphalon cookware, lots of kitchenware and a handy Keurig for our morning coffee!). The grill right off of the deck was top notch.
