This house is great for its location and condition. It's on a quiet dead end road right across from our favorite Chatham restaurant, Cuvee. It's quite nicely and comfortably furnished. Could use a couple more comfy chairs in the living room for a larger group. Walking to town was quick and easy and it's nice to be in an area a bit away from the nosier and more crowded center of town. Its kitchen is well stocked to accommodate dinner for a larger party and not run out of dishes and utensils. Often times, owners provide the bare minimum necessities for the kitchen but it is certainly not the case here. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was great, especially for a larger group. A minor issue was that there were some bugs that somehow were getting into one of the bathrooms upstairs, and all the windows were closed at all times. There was plenty of room to relax. The deck off the kitchen and living room was great overlooking the backyard and beyond. Everything in the house worked fine, with the exception of the basement HVAC, which sometimes had to be manually adjusted so it wouldn't get too cold. The kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables in the basement, which had great sunlight from all the windows. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in this house. Would have given this 5 stars had it not been the two minor issues.

5 Isaac Hardy Lane
This house was really a perfect setting for a great family reunion! It was clean, appropriately furnished and obvious that the owners paid much attention to make sure it was comfortable for renters. We made good use of the kitchen and we quickly felt at home and able to cook for the entire family. Many times during this week, we said "wow, this house is great!" Also, we thoroughly enjoyed the vistas and the well kept landscaping, especially those beautiful blooming hydrangeas. We were fortunate to come at their peak. We also remarked how quiet and peaceful living there was, especially since Main St was only a block away! To illustrate, our grandson made friends with the resident rabbits who allowed him to get really close. Our one suggestion is that a second refrigerator would have been really desirable. Since this house accommodates so many and we did most of our own cooking, that space was a bit tight. Thanks for a great week and we hope to be back!

My family and I stayed in the house over Christmas and truly enjoyed it. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is nicely furnished and well appointed for cooking. We used the kitchen often, making Christmas cookies and our Christmas dinner there. It is in a perfect location to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as to the beach. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables in the basement on colder days. It was the perfect house for both teenagers and adults.
