The master bedroom has access to the adjoining deck. The walkout basement is a great space for the kids with two twin beds, TV its own half bath and extra spread out space. Located on a lovely cul de sac that is close to everything- just minutes to Downtown Chatham and Hardings Beach. Walk to Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster for lunch, and lobsters cooked to order!
Long time favorite Pate's Restaurant and always popular Cuffy's TShirt Shop are both right across the street!. This is a lot of home for the price!
