This recently renovated four bedroom beach cottage is in the heart of the beautiful and kid-friendly Hardings Hills area!
It offers a bright and sunny kitchen with shiny granite counter-tops, refinished and gleaming wood floors and lovingly restored living areas for your maximum comfort and relaxation. Each of the four bedrooms at 41 Bucks Creek is named after one of our favorite Cape Cod beaches: "Nauset", "Lighthouse", "Ridgevale", and "Hardings"! The master suite "Hardings" includes a queen bed, spacious closets and new bamboo shades to keep out the morning sun. Recently renovated finished basement with foos-ball table, TV and desk work area! The perfect spot to send the kids on a rainy day! The living room has a 52" flat screen television for your viewing pleasure, and the kids can enjoy the second TV in the spacious sun porch! The dining room included seating for 8 and a counter with additional seating. A sliding door leads out to the shady back yard with a Weber grill, picnic table and additional seating. 41 Bucks Creek is a short, 10 minute walk to beautiful Hardings Beach, one of Chatham's best family beaches. The house is a short drive to Ridgevale Beach and only 3 miles from the popular shopping streets of Chatham. This cottage is great for 2 families. Walk to the creek and kayak (shed behind the house for storing bikes, golf equipment and other gear). Bucks Creek is a quiet street that is good for bike riding or strolling to the creek and gazing out at the sunset.
