Located on a wooded lot in North Chatham, 388 Old Comers Road is perfectly nestled between two kettle ponds.....Stillwater Pond in front of the property and Lovers Lake to the rear. This cozy three-bedroom home has a fun bonus space above the garage. The main home was updated in 2022, new paint, new furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The room over the garage houses a fourth bedroom that has a separate AC unit and a beautiful European-style bathroom (renovated in 2023), making it a perfect, private getaway for in-laws, couples, teenagers, or perhaps a nanny.

We are a pet friendly* home, so imagine your children and pets playing safely outside while dinner is being prepared.
