what steps are taken for rental cleaning?

We’re committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness by using CDC-recommended and EPA-approved products to clean our homes  We’re ensuring that our house cleaners continue to pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces including tables, faucets, railings, appliance handles and doorknobs. The safety and well-being of our guests are a top priority and the cleanliness of our homes is something we take very seriously.

Our House Checkers perform routine quality assurance visits to ensure that cleaning and inspection processes are followed. Beds are outfitted with mattress pads, pillows, and bedspreads. In an effort to limit contact with your bedding... bedding will be folded and placed at the foot of the bed.  If you would like to supplement your bedding by bringing your own warmth layer please feel free to do so. The supplied bedding may be run through the house dryer on a "High Heat" cycle or laundered in the clothes washer (if your rental is outfitted with a laundry).  Please note that change-over logistics do not allow for the laundering of heavier bedding.

what if my group staying in the Rental is larger than 10?

Gathering requirements do not apply to occupants of vacation homes. We recommend all guests practice good hygiene and social distance when possible.
